Regina joined Robotikos mokykla (Robotics School) as a consultant for external relations. With her guidance, our teams have successfully taken part in robotics competitions in Washington, DC, China, Mexico, Latvia and Estonia.

Regina is a business operations expert with demonstrated success innovating for efficiency and revenue growth. She has a unique combination of data and finance acumen, coupled with a celebrated ability to organize, teach and motivate colleagues from entry level to C-suite. As an executive at Sargent & Lundy, she engineered and implemented streamlining and automation that significantly reduced labor costs.

Showing remarkable versatility and intellect, she created and helped launch a European development strategy. Employing common sense and a natural inclination to connect with people, Regina played a key role in fostering a culture rooted in teamwork and respect. She is a highly regarded community leader.

Regina is now mainly based in Chicago and visits Vilnius regularly.
